Change-makers who are driving the transition to a circular economy are working in a highly disruptive environment. We know that business as usual will not lead to a sustainable future, that we need unprecedented, systemic solutions that support a social and environmental transformation. In this context, many leaders are asking themselves how they can lead themselves, their teams and their organisations, and how they can drive social change.

For the second time, the PREVENT Waste Alliance will offer an exclusive leadership training for 16 members. The cohort for the new training was selected in May 2023. Selected applicants come from Nigeria, Pakistan, Germany, India, Kenya, Indonesia, New Zealand, Belgium, the USA, Brazil and Albania.

The cutting-edge 5-day Leadership Training for Multipliers will take place from 11-15 September 2023 in Bonn, Germany. The training course will focus on four dimensions of transitional change: Team, Organisation, Society and Self. Participants will experience hands-on learning with a focus on “simple habits for complex times”, easy-to-use practices and tools for everyday formal and informal leadership work.
