Solvorec GmbH takes over activities of wastecon AG

Solvorec GmbH has taken over the activities of wastecon AG, given the company was no longer active on the market or in terms of environmental protection. This also against the background that the ‘old’ leadership is still represented in the form of Mr Arne Grewe (former CEO of wastecon AG) on Solvorec GmbH’s senior management team. Solvorec GmbH has significantly enhanced its business opportunities through commercial register entries under company law. Memberships of RETech e.V., bvse e.V., Grünen Wirtschaftsrat e.V. and BME e.V. create a very strong network indeed. Lulzim Baumann is also on board and represents our business in Albania.
