SOCEO gGmbH is a not-for-profit consulting and research agency based in Nürtingen, Germany working at the intersection of entrepreneurship and environment. The name SOCEO stands for Society – Environment - Opportunity, which describes what SOCEO is working for: just societies, a clean and green environment and sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities and solutions for many. SOCEO is active in different African countries and in India through its different partner organizations. Thematically, SOCEO is working in the areas of plastic waste management, sustainable agriculture and consumption, agro-forestry and education for sustainable development.
