So would we – which is why PREVENT has launched its new “Latin America Webinar Series”!

The series follows the aim of jointly exploring circular economy opportunities in the region and making PREVENT’s resources, experiences, and expertise on the topic more accessible to the Latin American circular economy community. The sessions are conducted in Spanish and are open for non-members as well. They include both international and regional experience on PREVENT topics relevant for the region.

The two sessions that have been held so far included a dynamic mapping to identify topics most relevant to Latin America and focused on international and regional experiences on organic waste management and on increasing plastic circularity through circular design:

1. First Session: Latin America Webinar Series of the PREVENT Waste Alliance
2. Second Session: Latin America Webinar Series – Circular Design in Packaging: How to Increase Plastic Circularity?

Through the mapping of interests, PREVENT gained insights on a number of relevant topics and is currently planning more sessions in the future.
