Circular Cities Asia

Circular Cities Asia is a social enterprise with a mission to build a community that accelerates circular economy innovation across Asia. CCA responds to the growing movement to learn about lean innovation, circular economy and social enterprise by running a flagship programme called the Circular Campus Programme. In addition to building the capacity to teach lean innovation and circular design in universities, CCA provides experiential learning opportunities for students and co-incubates promising circular economy business models with technology business incubators.

We teach young people the intersection between lean innovation and circular economy design.  Our Circular Campus Programme inspires, motivates and builds the capability of students in the areas of circular design thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship. We give young people the opportunity to practice what they have learnt with hands-on opportunities to build circular economy solutions and businesses.  To do all of this we need to collaborate, keep up with best practice and give as many opportunities as possible for young people to be supported by the global circular economy community.

We believe that innovation is key to the acceleration of the circular economy.  Our programme’s key drivers are; building circular economy awareness, entrepreneurial mindsets and innovative thinking to empower young people to mitigate waste issues and build better business models.
