Change-makers who are driving the transition to a circular economy are working in a highly disruptive environment. We know that business as usual will not lead to a sustainable future, that we need unprecedented, systemic solutions that support a social and environmental transformation.

In this context, many leaders are asking themselves how they can lead themselves, their teams and their organisations, and how they can drive social change.

For the second time, the PREVENT Waste Alliance is offering an exclusive leadership training to 15 members.

Our offer

A cutting-edge 5-day Leadership Training for Multipliers from 11-15 September 2023 in Bonn, Germany
The costs for the training as well as for accommodation and meals during the workshop days will be covered by the PREVENT Waste Alliance

The training course will focus on four dimensions of transitional change: Team, Organisation, Society and Self. You will experience hands-on learning with a focus on “simple habits for complex times”, easy-to-use practices and tools for everyday formal and informal leadership work.

We invite applications from participants with the following profile:

Your organisation is a member of the PREVENT Waste Alliance
Professional in circular economy and waste management
Experiences in or with leadership in practice (taking responsibility, leading people, engaging for a topic or alike)
Curiosity to experience experiential educational concepts
High level of self-reflection and inter-personal competencies
English language proficiency
Interest and willingness to be a multiplier for new leadership approaches
